RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Modification
You can change your order information (such as colours, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 48 hours.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you insist on cancelling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
Return
If you wish to initiate a return for an item purchased on our website, you have a 30-day window from the date of receiving the order to begin the return process. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and this amount will be deducted from the refund for the returned item(s).
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition for a valid return: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Upon receiving return approval, you have 7 days to dispatch the item for return.
Please be aware that items that are damaged, soiled, or have been used cannot be returned. Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
It’s important to note that the right to return products does not apply to:
- Customized products ordered from the manufacturer based on customer preferences.
Returns, cancellations, or exchanges for large orders of the same product (three or more of the same item) will not be accepted. If you are placing a large order, we recommend purchasing one item first to ensure it meets your needs. How to initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please send an email to ibi.gifts@yahoo.com, including a description of the return reason and details of the item you wish to return. We will promptly review your email.
Upon approval of your return application, you will receive an email confirming the return approval. Once approved, you have 7 days from the date of receiving return approval to ship the item you wish to return. Please note that the shipping fee will be your responsibility.
After sending the item, please email us the tracking number, tracking URL, and photos. Include photos of the item in its box at the time of return to confirm that the product belongs to our site.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will assess its eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy and inform you via email. If eligible, a refund will be issued to you. If not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours on business days. During weekends and holidays, response times may be delayed to 24-48 hours. Please check your inbox promptly for our reply email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder. Thank you in advance.
Refund
- We will refund for you after receiving the returned item which is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy.
- The refund will be in your original payment account after the refund operation. (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days)
- The actual amount received by you may differ from your original payment due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
- The estimated processing time for the entire return process includes shipping time, assessment time, and refund time.
Return Address
We will determine the nearest return shipping address based on your location once your return request is confirmed. After confirmation, we will provide you with the specific return address. Please reach out to us before returning an item to obtain the return shipping address and other necessary instructions. It is crucial to contact us in advance, as we will not be held responsible for returned items without prior notification.
